The anonymity scan and citation scan both gate publication (eval-framework.md integrity checks D). This page runs both on a fixed mock report so the gate behaviour is visible end to end.

Report body

Customer service receives the return request through the web form. The
returns coordinator triages it the same week, then routes it to either
warehouse staff (for items returning to stock) or finance (for refund
processing). Most returns are processed within one week of receipt.

Two friction points came up across interviews: items returning to stock
sometimes wait several days for a quality check, and refund processing
on the finance side requires a manual approval step that frequently
batches into the following week.
